Meet the team
Carl Kahn has been in the real estate and lending industry since 2001. Carl started multiple funds for investing clubs throughout the years ranging from buy and holds to quick flips. He has been responsible for over $300 million worth of residential, private and commercial loans and real estate purchases and home flips himself in Southern California and Nevada.
Whether through private or public entities, Carl understands that ethics and doing things the right way the first time has led to his success in business and life.

Mike Mitchell has over fifteen years of experience in real estate lending, financial analysis, asset allocation andfundraising. He has raised over $170 million for real estate funds, hedge fund and private equity funds and hasconsulted on numerous start-up funds. He has worked at large financial firms such as Merrill Lynch and Citi as well as boutique investment firms and has extensive experience in fund structuring, risk management, lending and asset allocation.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from UCSD and earned his Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation in 2007 and recently completed his level 3 of the CFA exam.
